"I was so impressed with the whole staff, especially Dr. Novak and Marie. He is truly exceptional in his knowledge, technique, and bedside manner. I had two teeth extracted and was expecting a painful night, but took only Motrin every 8 hours twice and had no pain. Marie is also very knowledgeable and has a great personality. The clerical staff were also very friendly. I can't say enough nice things ..."

"First I would like to say Thank you SOO much for getting me out of pain!, Then a big THANK YOU to the Managers/Staffs, who helped me with understanding my insurance and my CoPays. The Office was so clean and COVID-19/CDC Compliance. I am always so nervous in the Chair, But they made me feel at ease. "I've only been here a few times but already I can tell this place is going to get big. They communicate amazingly (including fielding all my anxiety-ridden texts.... Yes they text, it's awesome), work with you to answer any questions, have nice/clean areas, and are generally just nice people. Whatever my tooth situation, I'll be coming to Shapiro."

"She made me feel like a real person, was very nice, very helpful. She told me how to save my teeth, things to avoid, why I have issues even thought I take care of them. She did a great job and hopefully I can save the rest. I highly recommend Danielle. Also the staff in the front helped by explaining the costs not covered by insurance. "I was very nervous being new to the area finding a good dentist, I am very pleased with my experience! They took their time explaining my future procedures, showed me what they will be doing being that I am nervous for my first crown ! They made sure i understood everything and came up with a plan that works for me. The office was very clean and everybody was very professional!"
