"I scheduled a procedure weeks ago, they had my insurance. A few days prior I get a text, not everything is covered! I checked my insurance, everything is covered for this procedure. I called the office, spoke to 1 person-the facility fee is not covered 100%. I called the office, the anesthesiologist may not be in network and I'm responsible to check this! It was there job, not mine to check because ..."

The only problem now is I received a letter because I did not call and cancel my last appointment. I did call and I was number 7 in line to talk with a receptionist to cancel my appointment.
