"I arrived at about 12:45 pm. The waiting room was full. The desk told me that my dentist was on schedule, so my appointment would be on time. It was. I came in for the extraction of the rest of my teeth, and, then, to receive my bottom dentures, and have my top dentures adjusted. "Although the dentist\hygienist was nice with my daughter i feel like before any procedure is done the doctor or assistant need to give a walk through of what will occur. I shouldnt have to walk in the room and see that my daughter was crying and i had no clue as to what had happened. More communication with the parent is key and of upmost importance."

"Everyone is very friendly, which makes for a pleasant experience. However, there was alot of confusion with my records. I had sent in my xrays to them several times, which they confirmed before my visit yet they wanted to take me in for the same xray. "I was called with my 2 and half year old for a 7:30am appointment. I reached there at 7:21am. Was not called at front desk until 7:50am. Then upon calling, they asked me to pay $100 which I paid and hoped that now I will be called. But NOPE. everyone else who arrived after me was also called in.
