"I like their new location. Just needs a heating system installed. Rooms are bright but small. There's no place to put your coat/purse upon waiting room. The front desk ladies are pleasant and always smiling. Just wish the assistants in the X-ray room would be more pleasant. They don't speak clearly. Otherwise everyone is nice. "I had an appointment today for my 3 year old at 10am. I got there at 9:45am. I was not called u until 11am even after I asked multiple times. Once I was called in, doctor checked in 2 mins and said, no issues with my son’s teeth and he should be ok. "Horrible. I went in for a dental emergency with an appointment. Not only did it take 2 hours to be seen but the appointment only lasted 3 mins. Waste of time.... not sure why they have a clown either. He looked very grumpy."

"Although the dentist\hygienist was nice with my daughter i feel like before any procedure is done the doctor or assistant need to give a walk through of what will occur. I shouldnt have to walk in the room and see that my daughter was crying and i had no clue as to what had happened. More communication with the parent is key and of upmost importance."
