"I like their new location. Just needs a heating system installed. Rooms are bright but small. There's no place to put your coat/purse upon waiting room. The front desk ladies are pleasant and always smiling. Just wish the assistants in the X-ray room would be more pleasant. They don't speak clearly. Otherwise everyone is nice. The last thing is the wait time. Again great place new office, pleasant ..."

"I had an appointment today for my 3 year old at 10am. I got there at 9:45am. I was not called u until 11am even after I asked multiple times. Once I was called in, doctor checked in 2 mins and said, no issues with my son’s teeth and he should be ok. I took th appointment as my son was complaining that he has pain, all I wanted to go in to get it checked quickly but Even after I had an appointment, ..."

"Horrible. I went in for a dental emergency with an appointment. Not only did it take 2 hours to be seen but the appointment only lasted 3 mins. Waste of time.... not sure why they have a clown either. He looked very grumpy."

I have called the office to ask questions about my aftercare, Caroline gave me instructions on caring for my mouth and told me to call her anytime. The surgeon did a great job. "The staff at All Children are amazing. The orthodontist is a total professional; and we love the staff that work with the kids. I liked the other office better. The new office is very crowded and the appointment system and follow-up is rushed and seems disorganized."
