"I DO NOT recommend this clinic unless there is a massive mass casualty event and all other hospitals and doctors are booked. Worst medical experience of my life."

"Buyer beware. Worst place ever. Bad followup. The ladies at the front desk stare you down with a judgemental glare while doing nothing. Billed incorrectly for something the clinic told me in advance I would not be charged for when I consented to treatment. Was charged for it despite prior authorization. Bad vibes and energy"

"A terrible experience from scheduling, to office staff, to billing, to the NP. Wrong prescriptions. Poor communication. Rude office staff. Wrong diagnosis. Scheduled unnecessary procedures. DO NOT GO HERE."

"Absolutely horrible experience. Poor diagnosis. Prescribed meds patient did not need and which caused harm. Failure to send prescriptions to pharmacy for refill causing medical harm to patient. Scheduled treatment that was not necessary. Failure to communicate or follow up. Misdiagnosed. Dismissed, invalidated and gaslit patient. Changes meds and treatment plan formulated by a large team of specialists ..."

"Don’t come here. Ever. I came here for over 15 yrs because I’m poor and have poor insurance. Foothill is the bottom of the barrel for healthcare. Terrible turn around with staff, which makes a lot of sense because it’s such a miserable bureaucratic hell hole. Worst customer service you will ever experience. The rudest phone operators you will ever encounter. No one here cares and they hate their jobs. ..."
