"Would give zero stars if I could. Appointment was made for 10 am, dentist didn't even come into room until 11:05. Then left again to go BACK to another patient. I HAVE NEVER SEEN OR HEARD ANYONE WASH THEIR HANDS or clean anything. I don't care if patients are on Medicaid or not, we deserve a decent and cleanly experience too!!!"

"While the dentist is great, everything else is horrible. There are very long waiting times; typically, you get called back at least an hour after your appointment time. Please don't call to make an appointment because the appointment-making service will always schedule a check-up no matter what you tell them the appointment is for. I have 2 teenagers, who have been trying to get in for crowns for ..."

"I tried after sitting in the waiting room for hour and half. I shouldn’t had to wait I asked again but nobody will tell me anything. I cannot be late I could get in trouble nobody here cares. I traveled two and half hours to get here just not being able to start the process. You try to ask them questions they talk down to you or just won’t talk they will start to do something else.
