"Dental work done by Zak Dental Care in Valencia, California, from October of 2018 to July of 2019 had to be redone at my expense. They have never responded to my request for a refund. On October 26, 2018, Dr. Basil Hammonproce of Zak Dental Care performed dental work on tooth #29, 30, and 31. On December 7, 2018, Dr. Hammonproce removed an old crown (tooth #19) and cut open my mouth in the process. ..."

He made me feel very comfortable and answered all my questions as he went over my personal Dental plan. I also enjoyed his since of humor! "I went in today for a crown fitting, normally a 10 minute procedure, today I was in the chair for 75 minutes. It appears that they have 1 dentist who is taking care of at least 2 patients at the same time. The crown is very good however, but I feel that 75 minutes to have it cemented in is way too long"

"I go to the office next to the 101 freeway and have been a patient since 1990. Dr. Howard gives a most complete dental exam and in a very caring and informative way. "Very bad service, I recently put on a new cap, they “promised” that the cap wouldn’t come off in 10 years, but’s it came off 3 times in one year. I payed 500$ dollar store insured that’s it would be a good quality cap. I even hadn’t to pay for routine cleaning."

Recently while waiting in a packed lobby a street vendor came in selling fruit to the front desk girls! I was appalled and thought this to be very unprofessional. Thank you for your feedback. This rare sideeffect could be an allergy from latex in gloves or some of the cleaning and disinfecting materials that are commonly used during cleanings. We will make sure to use latex free gloves on your next visit.
