"This company used to be great but after being bought out at least two times it is the worst!! First, they said my husband was covered for eye problems and then they said just an eye vision visit and said not covered by insurance and charged $580!!! Then when I complained about how crazy for just an eye exam, they said that's too bad insurance didn't cover it and that is the cost of an eye exam!! ..."

"Plan on waiting possibly hours for your appointment. Then they will not tell you upfront what your cost is. When you get your bill in the mail, plan on paying up to $1000 or more for a routine eye exam."

"I have seen both O.D.'s and M.D.'s at more than one location. I consider it unprofessional to have your eyelids pulled down and fingers in your eyes with no handwashing or hand sanitizer being used. Also, some personnel look unkempt and with dirty hair. One assistant had shaking hands and it took her over 15 minutes to adjust equipment for eye pressure check. All DIsgusting."

"The office is way overbooked. I had to wait an hour and a half before I got called back to check my eyes and then I had to wait another hour after they dilated my eyes. I am contacting my insurance company to find if I have another resource. I would give them less than one star if that were possible.
