After the Eye exam, I had to pay $50 since they said power check is not covered. "This company used to be great but after being bought out at least two times it is the worst!! First, they said my husband was covered for eye problems and then they said just an eye vision visit and said not covered by insurance and charged $580!!! Then when I complained about how crazy for just an eye exam, they said that's too bad insurance didn't cover it and that is the cost of an eye exam!! ..."

"I have seen both O.D.'s and M.D.'s at more than one location. I consider it unprofessional to have your eyelids pulled down and fingers in your eyes with no handwashing or hand sanitizer being used. Also, some personnel look unkempt and with dirty hair. One assistant had shaking hands and it took her over 15 minutes to adjust equipment for eye pressure check. All DIsgusting."
