"I made a phone call to Children's Medical Center asking for one of my son's immunization records. Brandy was polite, efficient, and knowledgeable in the steps necessary for my now 40-year-old son to call and ask for Brandy to obtain his immunization records. My 3 children were cared for by Dr. Butler, Dr. Cyrlak and Dr. Morrison through their teen years and these Drs. gave above normal, good care ..."

"Horrible was trying to connect the childrens medical on taft but for some reason i got connected here on their line however the lady i spoke in the phone was so rude how can u be answering phonecalls with that kind of attitude she should not be in the line taking calls and she so mean when answering question ??"
