It is very difficult to get anyone on the phone unless it has to do with an appointment. I called on a Thursday with a serious development of a symptom and it is now Monday and I still am waiting for an answer. My wife called several times and still no answer. "Excellent doctors. Caring, knowledgeable. Excellent. Technicians have taken a very strong position on appointment tardiness. They have a 10 minute tardiness position and refuse any patient that is 10 minutes late. Granted, I was 12 minutes late, totally my fault, but it is a cardiologists office, nit a dentist, I believe they could be putting their patients and practice in a dangerous position. Granted, ..."
