"I had an incredibly disappointing experience with Dr. Kelly. It was evident that he had no interest in providing quality care. His rude and dismissive attitude left me feeling unheard and invalidated. Throughout the appointment, he seemed more engrossed in his cell phone than in addressing my concerns. His complete lack of bedside manner was truly shocking and made me question his dedication to his profession. I left the appointment feeling frustrated and unheard, with no intention of ever returning to his care. It's deeply disheartening to encounter a doctor who fails to prioritize their patients' well-being and demonstrates such a lack of professionalism."
