"Had my first appt this morning scheduled for 11am but didn't get called back until 1130 for X-rays. I normally would have walked out, but wanted my teeth cleaned, so i stuck it out. After xrays i was sent back in the lobby to wait until 12! Dr. Fong was alright, kind of unapologetic for the long wait.. Lisa, the hygienist, was the best. She was very thorough with my cleaning and did not cause me any ..."

"I went for a deep cleaning,, the first lady that cleaned my teeth was very sweet. She talked me through the entire process. She cared about me being comfortable, and she was gentle. (I wish I would have gotten her name.) However, for my second visit,, I had a new lady. (The regular deep cleaning lady) and she dampened my entire experience. She was rough. She didn't care. She didn't clean all my teeth,, ..."

"Brighton dental need to be explain what's going on better the doctor just starts doing stuff and really doesn't say much! The techs are good and nice they explain what's going on better then the doctor! The front desk girls need to be more attentive when you walk in and sign in they just say hi and keep gossiping not good! The best person at Brighton dental is the dental hygienist she is wonderful ..."
