"I went for a deep cleaning,, the first lady that cleaned my teeth was very sweet. She talked me through the entire process. She cared about me being comfortable, and she was gentle. (I wish I would have gotten her name.) However, for my second visit,, I had a new lady. (The regular deep cleaning lady) and she dampened my entire experience. She was rough. She didn't care. "My experience was not a good one, first of all it took almost 3 hours past my appointment time to do ONE filling. I was told my insurance would cover everything and then charged a ridiculous amount.and after it was all done my filling is super rough and scratchy and doesn't quite fit properly, it also feels lose already and it's been less than 24 hours since my service. "This place needs to further train their dental assistants. Would give a 4 star rating if it wasn't for the way under qualified guy who did work on me 2 days ago. I still have pain on my jaw from how he handled me. To me it seems like a greedy business who over books and thus having dental assistants do most of the procedure. "Brighton dental need to be explain what's going on better the doctor just starts doing stuff and really doesn't say much! The techs are good and nice they explain what's going on better then the doctor! The front desk girls need to be more attentive when you walk in and sign in they just say hi and keep gossiping not good! The best person at Brighton dental is the dental hygienist she is wonderful ..."

"Had my first appt this morning scheduled for 11am but didn't get called back until 1130 for X-rays. I normally would have walked out, but wanted my teeth cleaned, so i stuck it out. After xrays i was sent back in the lobby to wait until 12! Dr. Fong was alright, kind of unapologetic for the long wait.. Lisa, the hygienist, was the best. She was very thorough with my cleaning and did not cause me any ..."

"Ortho appointments are always from 8-10 weeks apart completely disappointment, my son is on 4th year with braces! The office is never able to fit me in according to my son schedule. I also went for a cleaning and they told me I had to pay $25 for not making it to a previous appointment and they told me this 45 minutes after I had come in the office that I had to pay balance before seeing the doctor! ..."
