"Drs are very good, but support and adminstration is TERRIBLE. My mother recently had an external heart monitor installed and received a bill for services. When I called Biotel about the bill, they told me Cardiovascular Assoc had not provided them any information about her Medicaid and secondary insurance. They wouldn't take the information from me and said they couldn't contact the prescribing ..."

"Dr. McCray is a great doctor with good bedside manners and very knowledgeable in the cardiovascular specialty. Unfortunately his staff incompetent with no work ethics just plain messy. Dr McCray ordered an echocardigram for me STAT. I was scheduled 1/31/2023 @ the Meade Pkwy location. I arrived to the office 20 minutes prior to my appointment and was told the tech was not in the office at that location ..."
