"excellent service"

"Horrible service. I had an appointment at 10:00 AM. Arrived at 9:45. at 12:05 i complained to someone and they came at me with a very rude attitude. Like they were making me a favor. Left without making the exam. I do not think they should book so many people when they are not able to attend them on time. our time is valuable as well and i think is disrespectful making people wait that long."

At 10:50 AM I went back to front desk to explain that I've waited 2 months for this appointment and came in early to make sure that I'd be seen at my appointment time.
