"Neurology and Urology are the pits. Neurology is rude and they make a lot of mistakes. Urology treats patients with total disrespect for privacy, dignity and they make promises and do not keep them. You are nothing but a number in Urology. They put incorrect information in medical notes to cover their mistakes and will never admit to doing or saying anything wrong, even when caught red handed. Management ..."

"I know others have had bad experiences. But I have always received excellent healthcare here. My primary doctor, Dr. Aziz, and her team are the best. I was recently in the surgery center for a bladder scope and the staff were excellent. My nurses, Julie and Tim, made me feel like old friends were taking care of me. My eye doctor, Dr. Gerry, has become a friend as well. I wish for all the Veterans ..."

"There are some good doctors and nurses here. I signed up for medical care here in 2017. There mental health department is good if you can find the right person. There surgery and procedures have been terrible for me. Three procedures requiring anesthesia and three cases of the anesthesia not working properly because it was not administered properly. I went through minor skin surgery with inadequate ..."

"Stay away from their Urology department. The Chief of Urology and the only other Urologist are the absolute worst. They treat patients in the procedure room like a piece of meat. No gowns, no drapes, no respect for privacy or dignity, they violate VA Patients Rights, except for the doctor you will never know the other people in the room or why they are there and they leave the room door open before ..."

"Services have declined sense Covid set in. Their Urology department is horrible. The office staff makes a lot of mistakes. They deny gowns for procedures, so you better not mind laying around naked until they are all done. My Anistasia was spilled and ineffective, but they continued anyway in spite of my obvious distress. They left me in bad condition after the procedure without a care about me at ..."

"They should tear down the part that was built after world War 2 and learn how to vett doctors and nurses and the administration staff. That would be a start in the right direction. They have to many unqualified and incompetent personnel."
