"Neurology and Urology are the pits. Neurology is rude and they make a lot of mistakes. Urology treats patients with total disrespect for privacy, dignity and they make promises and do not keep them. You are nothing but a number in Urology. They put incorrect information in medical notes to cover their mistakes and will never admit to doing or saying anything wrong, even when caught red handed. "Stay away from their Urology department. The Chief of Urology and the only other Urologist are the absolute worst. They treat patients in the procedure room like a piece of meat. "Services have declined sense Covid set in. Their Urology department is horrible. The office staff makes a lot of mistakes. They deny gowns for procedures, so you better not mind laying around naked until they are all done.
