"I went to the ER for abdominal pain, bleeding and nausea. From the time I arrived, I was treated with kindness & professional care from the receptionist, Charlotte . The same goes with the nurse, Ariel and especially Dr. John. They treated me like I mattered. As an older adult, that says a lot because a lot of health professionals, treat senior citizens, like they are just old and that all illness ..."
