Exceptional professional Al Staffa d facilities.Thank goodness he said that between my age(74), health history, and my family history, I don’t have to have another colonoscopy unless I have symptoms."

"Everyone was very professional. The nurses weee lovely, friendly and knowledgeable. Same with anesthesiologist. Dr. Mertz made me feel like he really cared and looked out for my well being beyond just doing the colonoscopy. The only suggestion I have it to improve the signage at the hospital so the clinic is easier to find. With the renovations, the his was the trickiest part and I was almost late. ..."

"The compassion, care, concern and most of all the senses of humor of staff are always appreciated. Dr. Mertz greeted me before the procedure and met to discuss preliminary findings after. He is very pleasant and I will always schedule with him. My only complaint is that as for the most recent procedure it seemed as if the morning was way over booked causing a long wait."
