"Dr. White did my husband's colon procedure. Great job, explains everything to you. The upfront staff was very kind, plus the nurses in back. The only suggestion I have is you complete paperwork before time the 1st visit, then complete the same paperwork for the procedure. I ask why & was told they aren't the the same group? Ok Dr. White was for our visit & Dr White doing the procedure? Really doesn't ..."

"My visit to Dr. Howard Mertz’s was amazing. The lady at the front desk was so nice and pleasant. Then the nurse with the blonde hair was my next encounter, was friendly, talkative, smiling and asking questions, she put IV in, was wonderful. The other ladies that were in recovery so nice and comforting. And Dr. Mertz is wonderful, kind and very knowledgeable about everything in his profession. Thank ..."

"Dr. Howard Merttz did my colonoscopy ten years ago and another last week. Everything went very well with both procedures. Exceptional professional Al Staffa d facilities.Thank goodness he said that between my age(74), health history, and my family history, I don’t have to have another colonoscopy unless I have symptoms."

"Everyone was very professional. The nurses weee lovely, friendly and knowledgeable. Same with anesthesiologist. Dr. Mertz made me feel like he really cared and looked out for my well being beyond just doing the colonoscopy. The only suggestion I have it to improve the signage at the hospital so the clinic is easier to find. With the renovations, the his was the trickiest part and I was almost late. ..."

"Everyone, including the nurses, the anesthesiologist and Dr. Mertz all explained everything very well and made me feel very comfortable with the procedure. My mother had colon cancer so I am very nervous going in for a colonoscopy. They all made me feel very at ease!"
