"I worked at the Lodge at Otter Creek and had to send one of my patients to the ER at Porter Hospital. This poor woman broke her hip and they returned her to the nursing home with an untreated broken hip and no instructions for care, pain meds …. Nothing! I received a sheet of yellow paper with only her name and diagnosis which was broken hip. That place is a poorly staffed walk in clinic with beds. ..."
