"I’m not sure where to begin. My wife in a moment of crisis, voluntarily went to Pacific Grove Hospital located at 5900 Brockton Ave., Riverside, CA 92506, on July 6, 2023, to try and contact her psychiatrist. The chain of events that followed were nothing short of criminal through mechanisms of coercion, false documentation, direct violation of Civil Rights, medical negligence, diagnosis errors, treatment ..."
