"Holly hill dismissed my sister as her pt this past January due to the fact that my sister was unable to get to the lab to get lab work due to the weather. She’s been stuck at her residence in Leon or given wv for several months now. She’s unable to walk up the hill to get to her car at this time. She’s not in good health. Uses a walker and due to the mud and snow she couldn’t get her car down to the ..."
