"I paid a bill in June of 2024, and I paid it well within the discount period but they still charged me the full amount. Since then, I've contacted them very many times, and each time they affirm that Cottage Hospital indeed owes me that refund... and each time they don't know why that refund, although authorized, has not been issued. It's now February 2025, eight months later, and there is still neither ..."
