"The call center lack of comprehension AND the layers of inexperienced people in my doctor’s office have made it a frustrating, futile, time consuming task to get a message to my great primary care doctor for 20 years. I keep explaining my request over and over again to different inexperienced, uninformed people and these people don’t know what they are doing. Can’t find a way to leave a simple message ..."
