"I was very disappointed with their service. I requested the flu shot and was asked to schedule an appointment. They gave me an appointment for 2 days later and told me that cost is $20.00 since I wasn’t a patient of their clinic. At the appointment time they asked me to fill out a 4 page questionnaire. Once I was done and ready to get my flu shot they told me that their policy doesn’t allow them to ..."

"This place is extremely unprofessional. I had called on January 29 at 1:09pm. The first question I asked was do you have a gynecologist there. Second question was do you have walk ins. She answered yes for both questions but for the walk in she said you need to be here in the morning cause we close at 1:00pm. Next I said do you accept medicare she said yes. Well my son drives me there like 10:15am ..."
