"I had the most frustrating experience at this medical office, and I can’t believe how poorly I was treated. My appointment was scheduled for 9:15 AM, and I showed up on time. I wasn’t placed in an exam room immediately – I had to wait in the lobby for an extended period of time before being taken back. Once I was finally placed in the exam room, I sat there for over 30 minutes waiting with no communication ..."
