"I was previously a patient of Dr. Malczak’s. He along with the receptionists, Brenda and Becky harassed me and laughed at me for my cane usage, as well as over prescribed me heavy meds such as Lyrica and multiple muscle relaxers, all of which were hard to quit, instead of sending me for lab work or trying to adjust the settings on my new spinal cord stimulator.
