"Dr Johnson is great. However, it is impossible to get an appointment with the doctor. I've been with the Dr for 10 years. In the last two years UPMC has changed something that all you see is the PA or RN. I am having an issue with my meds and without seeing the doctor all the staff is doing is increasing dosage. UPMC is a terrible provider, it's a shame because Dr Johnson is great if you can ever ..."

"I have been with this practice for over 16 years and not once have I ever thought of leaving until now. The dismissive attitudes at not only the practice, but also UPMC in general is abhorrent. To disregard a women's pain and treating a patient as if they are an addict is terrible. Find another family practice! They will not be there for you when you really need it."
