"I had an accident at home and severely lacerated my wrist. As soon as the staff saw the bloody mess they immediately flew into action. I was surrounded by staff and within seconds was wheeled into an exam room. "Last September I had a scheduled follow up appointment — at least I thought I did! — I arrived to the practice on time. However, after I told the very rude woman at the front desk I was there for an appointment, etc., she said it was canceled and they left me several voice messages on my phone to say so. I told her there were no messages left on my phone, and that was it! She did not offer an apology ..."

"I will never ever go back here! been going here for over 18 years. Every good doctor has left! Dr. Dunn and Dr. fowl was the best and left because of how this practice is run. They are rude and obnoxious except for the front desk team and nurses.
