"Poor time management skills, I was told by Dr Kennedy and their staff rather than give me a paper prescription they would send it electronically to my pharmacy. After over an hour waiting I called and they informed me Dr Kennedy had forgotten to close out my file before moving on to other patients so my prescription was not sent.
