"This is the fifth time I've come to this location, and I have to say, I've made a mistake. Visiting here is worse than going to the emergency room. Each time, I schedule an appointment for 9 a.m., but I don't leave until 4 or 5 p.m., and I’m only coming in for a regular check-up and cleanup."

"Please don’t go here. They don’t care about patients at all. All they care about is production. Patients go there for a “cleaning” and they only see the hygenist for 20 mins and they don’t even see a dentist the same day. They have to come back, complete joke. As a patient I should not come back another day for exam. Especially when it’s hard to take a day off as it is."
