"Their patient portal is a joke. It doesn't provide viable infomation to the patiient and you need a good knowledge of medical acronyms to understand lab results."

"Terrible labs department. I was sent home with a note to call in a week because some of my labs required insurance authorization so they were only able to complete some of them. When I called back I was on hold for over 45 minutes, I was passed around between 3 people and no one knew what I was talking about. I left voicemail and have not received a call back. "Dr. Wolters is not professional. I was checked in at 1245 pm for my 115 pm appointment. I was called back to the treatment area about 200 pm. The nurse's aide completed her overview about 105 pm and said the doctor would be in in a few minutes. The nurse's aide came in the treatment room about 145 pm and said the doctor was delayed in the surgery center but would be in for my review in a few minutes. ..."
