Response from Woodburn Community Dental And Orthodontics
Upon receipt of over-payment the account holder was contacted immediately. Permission from the account holder was received to destroy the check and was not done without notification and permission. At the time there was no request for taking any other action. Over a month later a request was made to make different arrangements for the check which had long been destroyed, as given permission to do. Unfortunately at that point no other arrangements could have been made. Understandably, this may be a frustrating process with the bank but there is nothing more as a dental office we could have done.
