"I was 6-7 minutes late for an appointment. The receptionist was on the phone. I waited at least 5 minutes for her to get off the phone. When I told her that I was there for my appointment, she said that I've already been marked as a no-show and will have to reschedule. I said that if I hadn't waited 5 minutes till she got off the phone, I would have been checked in. There were NO other patients in ..."
