"I talked to her 5 or 6 times in October 2022 & she jerked me around & flat out refused to assist & said a social worker couldn't make phone calls! I told her thats exactly what they were supposed to do. I spoke to her again 5 or 6 times in March 2023 & same thing! Also, she refused to assist & she also refused to tell me what is going on in my neighborhood & my neighbors are seeing her & other ..."
