"I give this center one star solely based off their front desk staff. I have never been treated so rudely both in person and over the phone. Apparently this is acceptable practice by this center even the doctors doing the surgery there are aware. The problem starts with the manager she’s just as rude as her employees. They only follow her lead. Trainer train your employees compassion not rudeness. ..."
