"This dentist is NOT about saving teeth-he wanted to pull entire mouth! I have gone to specialists since this visit & was told, “wow! Dentistry is about SAVING teeth not pulling them!” Stay clear of this place! Horrible & it’s based on type of insurance one has! Shame on you!"

"I showed up for my appointment on time and waited patiently as they were overbooked. The assistant called back and took xrays. Then I sat in the chair for an hour and ten minutes. The dentist was the rudest and most childish person I've ever dealt with. He has no business being in that line of work. I left without getting any work done. I will never go back."

"PROS: The receptionist and other front desk staff are very pleasant and efficient. The time from my initial visit to my follow up for an appointment was short (they could get me in within 7 days!). "Had a full cleaning and exam with Cassandra. She is very gentle, polite and thorough. She explains things so you understand them, and tells you step by step what she is doing. Samantha took my mouth x-rays and she was just as gentle. Dr. Parra is wonderful and very honest. He has a great sense of humor, as well. Kallee the assistant is very helpful at explaining things as well."

"My 16 year old daughter and I both went for a cleaning. The hygienist was very thorough and excellent with her communication skills. I was very impressed by her patience at answering questions. "I went here for a cleaning and had no problem at all, the girls/staff were friendly, but when I was told I needed two fillings I was surprised but trusted their expertise. When I came in for my fillings, Dr Parra was unreasonable and I told him I could still feel pain, (I didn't feel numbed at all), he got almost upset and claimed I was just uncomfortable.
