"I’ve had a couple surgeries and cleanings here and they have been great, no complaints. But today I went in for a cleaning and the hygienist was very aggressive with my teeth and for the first time ever I felt pain during a cleaning. I have been flossing once a day AND CORRECTLY in a “C” motion toward the gum line and she used blunt in and out motions, and at the end, she said I need to floss more. ..."

"By far the worst Dentist. Went for my first visit in Dec. 2025. Just cleanin. And the heigenist was in a hurry like there was a fire someplace and was extremely rough in scaling the point she broke my crown off. I reported it to the front desk. And they noted it. And told me I had to go back to the dentist that installed it 3 yrs ago. She literally cleaned my teeth in 3 min. Hense the quick rough ..."

"I leave 0 stars if I could. Terrible dentist practice! Staff was rude and the doctor was worse. I had 3 appointments cancelled on me the same day that I was suppose to come there, it took me a year to finally be seen! Had an appointment for 1:45 and wasn't seen unit 2:45. The cleaning took an hour, which most of the time just sitting in the chair waiting. Their call center has no clue of what's going ..."

I would never recommend anyone to this dentist office. It’s so unfortunate that this is the only place that takes Medicaid and also new patients. "This is an absolutely horrid dental office. I honestly feel like they should be shut down and Dr. Craig’s license should be permanently revoked. All of the staff is incredibly rude and condescending from the receptionist all the way up to the Doctors and management. "I came in around 2PM for a fill . the front desk lady told me I would need to hurry up & fill out these forms ( 6 pages ) before being seen . I felt targeted and wasn’t sure why she were being rude to me , I sat there for about a hr and 30 minutes before being seen close to 2hrs and did not get a fill just xrays done & sch for my next apt a fill what a waste ."
