"TERRIBLE place. First off the parking situation in HORRENDOUS, but then once you walk in it gets worse. The waiting room is filthy. I can't imagine it's been cleaned in weeks, and I wouldn't imagine the procedure areas are much cleaner. The staff there shares 3 brain cells, but to make it worse there's like 15 people working, so imagine the level of intelligence you'll be dealing with. They tried ..."

"I went in for an appointment as a new patient. After the dentist quickly examined me, he told me that I had a total of 4 cavities. I had no symptoms at all. My parents suggested that I get a second opinion from their own dentist. The latter told me, with certainty, that I had no cavities."

"Some ancillary staff are excellent but others, mostly in management aught be arrested on violating patient rights. It’s absolutely filthy with employees out of a futuristic sci-fi film. Heard their foreign dentists don’t have NY licenses."

"This practice is in the worse location of town. Place is dirty and not looked after. Poor parking and low skilled staff. Why a Medicare advantage plan would have them listed as the only service available is beyond me. Someone did not do their homework when getting this business recommended for Medicare."

"Do not go here! Some of the staffs here are quite rude and they make you feel humiliated...and they do a poor job on your mouth! They also make you feel confused when you are there...they act like they are your therapist when they are the ones who are supposed to do your dentist work! I repeate, Do not waste your time here! Find another dentist that have better staffs and are more understanding of ..."

"T.V. advised that they treat patients of any age. After waiting for a month for my appointment on a Thursday they called Tuesday and said the surgeon decided he couldn’t do my procedure because he only does people under 70 and I am 73. Felt my first age discrimination and it doesn’t feel good."

"My teeth are in pretty rough shape. Been quite a while since my last cleaning. The Hygienist (Zoya) used a high pressure water tool for removing the tarter and stains. She was gentle and thorough. I didn't find it unpleasant at all, and the results were surprisingly good. Well done!"

"Front desk staff was absolutely disrespectful and rude. When asked for the ladies name- black hair/mid 40s-to file a complaint she refused and told me I was bothering her. Was the first person there at 7:30 and because she was absolutely rude, disrespectful and at this point leaning towards racist, she spoke to the ladies behind scene about her distaste in me after making her aware of how she was ..."
