"Being under Dr Clark care for my eyes is a great blessing. I sought him out 5 yrs . ago as I felt I was misled by another eye surgeon for the necessary need for cataract surgery. Sure enough Dr Clark confirmed my suspicions that there was no need for surgery. "Dr. Clark is fabulous and the nursing staff as well. The billing office is lazy! I told them to call APWU(my secondary) to confirm that they waive all deductibles. They refused to make that call. I have high option and APWU advised me to stop payment on the copay they pressured me to pay because they did not want to make a call. They are harassing me about that stop payment instead of making a simple ..."

"Evidently, not every eye surgeon use the same technologies. I saw Dr. Clark following a poor outcome from my initial cataract procedure. My procedure with Dr. Clark took less than ten minutes, and he was able to restore my reading vision, as well as treat my glaucoma and astigmatism, giving me 20/20 vision.
