"I owe them a lot of money and I offered to pay $50 a month because I am on a fixed income, so on my last video visit she said that I will have to find a new provider, I guess money is more important than a person's mental health, I never was treated like this from the Psychiatrist that I was seeing before, unfortunately for me he's working out of a hospital now. I would never refer anyone to Williamsville ..."

"Apparently a new director has decided that every patient must be urine tox screened at every appointment. They will do this in the waiting room restroom and then you have to stand at the reception desk holding your sample to turn it in. Humiliating!"
