"Apparently a new director has decided that every patient must be urine tox screened at every appointment. They will do this in the waiting room restroom and then you have to stand at the reception desk holding your sample to turn it in. Humiliating!"

"This just happened. It was totally a scam what this place did to us. In January We had a virtual appointment with a NP. She talked with the patient for a while and at the end she told all of us she had to review the case with the Dr. and call me back next day.
