"Horrible. Dr Clauser extracted the WRONG tooth. Nothing was done to rectify it. The office staff incredibly rude and sarcastic when it was their mistake. I was told to find another dentist. When requesting a patient record transfer I once again received a snarky, rude response. Unprofessional and incompetent in every aspect. "

"Dr Kevin Clauser extracted the WRONG tooth. His response “Sorry”. Called several times no response. Also, in my file to not use the “cavinator”. Hygienist went right ahead and caused me much pain. Absolutely horrible dentist office. "

"In today's times I was quite nervous about going to the dentist. The cleanliness was excellent and great care paid attention to the details of cleanliness. Equipment was wiped down and patients are "walked through" each proceedure. The total dental care was done professionally and cheerfully. We both, husband and wife had a very positive experience."

The dental asst. took a lot of extra time on my teeth since it had been so many years since I’d had a cleaning. She also gave me a gum check, and took x- rays efficiently and quickly. "The girl who does the cleaning is very careful and there is no pain. Doctor is very nice. Everyone is friendly and I usually don't wait very long. There is never a hang up with my insurance, it's all just taken care of."

"I was pleased with the changes WFD made during COVID-19. Everything was wiped down and kept very clean. My 5 year old was excited to show her first wiggle tooth and 1 and a half year old had his first visit. They really enjoyed the toothbrushes!"
