"Had a bad experience. Missed an appointment. Called them to reschedule but no response. Left voicemail twice. Called them again on new patient line. They answered and mentioned that they don’t want to see me. The text message says “repeated appointments may affect scheduling” mine was first miss Look somewhere else… arrogant and disrespectful…"

"Kevin Clauser is very unprofessional and does not know what he is doing. Highly do not recommend if you want to keep your teeth. The office does not pick up the phone or properly return phone calls."

"Horrible. Dr Clauser extracted the WRONG tooth. Nothing was done to rectify it. The office staff incredibly rude and sarcastic when it was their mistake. I was told to find another dentist. When requesting a patient record transfer I once again received a snarky, rude response. Unprofessional and incompetent in every aspect."

"In today's times I was quite nervous about going to the dentist. The cleanliness was excellent and great care paid attention to the details of cleanliness. Equipment was wiped down and patients are "walked through" each proceedure. The total dental care was done professionally and cheerfully. We both, husband and wife had a very positive experience."
