"I was recently very disappointed in the service. I was spoken to as if I was too uneducated understand what was being said to me by whoever answered the phone. Lesson 1 to professionalism and basic customer service, do not ever be condescending to the customer. Also, before you are, and this may have gone above the lady's head at the desk taking calls level of training or education herself, but it ..."
