"I like our Pulmonary physician (Dr. Yuhico) and his NP Poorita Singh, but we have never ever gotten a call back when we need it. Right now I am trying to get a prescription that they said I needed for an infection. "Had chest X-ray a couple of weeks ago nurse practitioner prescribed amoxicillin then had a follow up last Friday with another X-ray , she was supposed to call me this past Monday with the results . No phone call Monday or Tuesday, went in to White Wilson in Bluewater on Wednesday and told receptionist about it . She left and came back and said the X-ray was the about the same ! You cannot even make an appointment because no one answers the phone and when you leave a message, they do not return the phone call. We have been having problems for months now.
