"If I could I would give less than one star! I am on disability with diabetes and a heart condition among other issues. I receive a letter stateing that I needed a diabetic fasting blood test. So, i made an appointment for a fasting diabetic blood test in order to get my needed prescriptions. This was my first visit with Dr. Ivy! He walks into the waiting room waving my info and says "why are you here." ..."
