"When I called to schedule a women's wellness exam (including a Pap smear and bloodwork), I was told both could be done in one visit. I traveled a long distance specifically for that reason. However, when I arrived, they only performed the bloodwork and refused to do the Pap smear, telling me l'd have to reschedule for a different location in Glendale the following week.
