"Dr Goldstein is great but it's impossible to accomplish anything over the phone. Other commenter was exactly right. They transfer you and the phone just rings and rings and rings until you get disconnected. This happens all the time. "

"I love Dr. Aramburu but it is impossible to get and appointment! I have been on hold for 45 minutes and then disconnected. This is not the first time. I have left messages and no one has called me back in a week. I would hate to leave her care, but I cannot get an appointment or get anyone to answer the phone."

"I have been seeing Dr Aramburu for 10 years and she's wonderful!! However, the Westside Primary Care office in Sunrise Florida is horrible!! Since March 1 I've been trying to get a referral for a surgery and I have been unable to. I have called the office multiple times and have never received a call back. I've left multiple messages for her nurse assistant, the referral desk and held for the appointment ..."
