"This place is bordering on criminal, they make it impossible to contact billing. It took three weeks to receive blood work from my annual physical and of course I was billed incorrectly. "A bad experience, unfortunately, in what should have been a simple consultation about a respiratory infection. But I was billed twice, the second charge being for a "45+ minute first-time consultation," even though all this amounted to was having my height and weight recorded. Billing told me that the "45+ minutes" is just a phrase they use and doesn't refer to the actual time spent with the patient ..."
